Country Farmers Market is off to a great start....

With two weeks of market under our belts it looks to be a great summer! We had lots of returning customers last week and new ones as well. Dan and I have been baking up a storm....lots of fresh breads and muffins. We will be away for the next two week-ends but we will be glad to take orders during the week if anyone is needing a muffin or bead "fix"! See you back at the market on June 22nd!
 Whole wheat bolles great sliced and toasted .Baguettes  are great sliced thin and toasted with a thin slice of cheese. They are the perfect size to slice for making  Bruschetta, croutons , or  later when the tomatoes are in great abundance, my favorite, Panzanella.  I'll add a recipe in a future post.
